Worldwide Free Shipping is guaranteed to online consumers. In order to make sure receive the items in a timely manner, your package (products you have purchased) will be sent directly from warehouses, spread all over the world, wherein the three most important warehouses are located in the US, Hong Kong and the UK.

Return and Refund
Customers can contact averagejoes via email for help when returns happen.
All returns require an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization)# upon receipt of your order. Orders within 90 days from the date of shipment can request an exchange or a refund. If the products turn out to be defective (physical damages and damages caused by incorrect usage excluded) after 90 days and within 180 days since shipment, customers can only get a replacement from averagejoes. After 180 days from the shipment date, customers will still be allowed to send the defective unit back to averagejoes. We will help forward the item to the manufacturer for repair. If the item is un-repairable after being checked by manufacturer, averagejoes will send it back to customers.
Please note that averagejoes.ecrater.com.au does not permit the return of or offer refunds for the following products:
* Product that is configured to your specifications, including personalized products.
* Opened software (Note that you may return software after rejecting the licensing terms, provided the software is not installed on a computer. However, if your software includes a license that you can read before you break the seal or sticker on the software media packaging, you may not return the software once you break the software media packaging seal or sticker).

Refund Policy
Defective items, items damaged at the time of receipt, and incorrect items received within 90 days from the date of shipment, you can request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization)# from averagejoes. U.S. customers can apply a return label from averagejoes to return for free, while customers from other countries can get a return shipping fee reimbursement. When we receive your return, we will check the item and issue a refund.
Refunds are processed within 1-2 business days after we received our confirmation on the cancelation, and the refund can be seen in your PayPal account right away once it is completed. You also will receive a confirmation e-mail from PayPal.
For credit card payment, refund time may vary from different issuing banks' policies. You may call PayPal or your credit card issuing Bank to verify your refund.
